I wasn’t aware when booking that this property was a timeshare with “owners.” It’s a nice place with many amenities. Generally clean but areas were dirty. I liked the full service kitchen and laundry in our suite. What I didn't like was the hard sell of the timeshare; I signed up for the presentation in a hurry after checking in at the front desk. We were told we needed wristbands in order to get into rooms, use the elevators, etc..., and then the sales pitch begins to get customers into the timeshare presentation. The presentation was aggressive, and directors became rude when I said I wasn't interested in paying $25,000 that day with ongoing monthly charges for an unspecified length of time. So, beware the wristband check in and the timeshare hard sell. The shuttle to The Strip is handy. Just know that it is not available around lunch and dinner time. It is possible to walk to The Strip, but in June it is over 100 degrees F, and I wouldn't do it at night. Also too far, unsafe, and hot to walk to nearby restaurants or the convention center, so a car is necessary. I wouldn't stay here again. There are better options in this vicinity.
