I liked almost everything; the hotel is small but very cozy, and located not far from the city center, 5 minutes from the Independence Monument. Surprisingly, the cleaning was done every day, the breakfasts offered a wide variety of choices, and the staff were very friendly.

We really liked our stay at Hotel Luca. The best feature was the included, excellent little breakfast on the 5th floor terrace that comes with coffee, juice, fresh fruit, and great chilaquiles (or great pancakes if you prefer). It's a nice way to start a day exploring the city. The location is central. In addition to being in the middle of the Roma area and near dozens of good restaurants and cafes, you can also walk to Condessa and the park/museum, and to Centro. The room was clean and housekeeping staff kept it tidy during our stay. The bed was comfy. Check in was smooth and the staff are all really friendly. The downstairs coffee shop is also really good to have on hand.

Great location and general facilities. The area was quiet despite being in the middle of everything. The room was small but well laid out and equipped. There was black mold around the sink. The room was over the bar so music which was not overly loud but could be heard all evening. The noise from other rooms was a bit loud both overhead, beside and the hallway.

I loved my experiences at this hotel. The staff here are outstanding!! They'll do their best to make your stay a pleasurable experience. Manuel took such good care of me and is always so patient, welcoming and friendly. Daily breakfast and 24/7 coffee and sandwiches is super helpful when you are just looking for a quick bite and a drink. Free unlimited bottles. Honestly just make your trip much more worry free and enjoyable. 100% will book back :)

I absolutely fell in love with this hotel and Mexico City! The location was perfect, the rooms were beautiful and spotless, and everything about the hotel made our stay so enjoyable.
