Horrible customer service, tried calling to cancel as our flights to Panama were cancelled and they had no number to call, the number given was a house number. Expedia tried calling and no answer in the end we lost out on our money, we lost out on the hotel.

The property is clean, the beach is beautiful, pools are nice and food was good. Had an oceanfront view which was perfect.
