The house is even better than it is represented online! It manages to be both spacious and cozy all at once. Everything was immaculately clean, and the binder with suggested activities was super helpful. Location is perfect and the neighborhood is lovely.

Beautiful house! Super comfy beds and well appointed kitchen. Everything clean and all amenities well thought out. Hot tub was great and maintained weekly by the owners. Outdoor space very nice, minutes to bike trails. Located in newer part of Las Cruces but very easyTo get around. We stayed for 3 weeks and it was amazing. Easy day trips to Elephant Butte, White Sands NP and Carlsbad Caverns as well as great restaurants and wineries. This house was a perfect way to enjoy Las Cruces!

Great Clean and Comfy Home!

We had a great time staying here for our first visit to Las Cruces. The view from the backyard and the driveway are awesome! Great location easy to get to all of the things we wanted to do and see. The house was super clean! We would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay

The property was in a great. Neighborhood, very clean and well equipped. A very large living area, nice furniture. Beautiful views of the mountains from the backyard and a great hot tub. Great place to stay, if we are ever in las cruces i will differently try to stay there again.

The host was very welcoming and this was our favorite place we stayed out of all the other 8 during this 27 day "dog vacation!" This brand new home was beautiful and so comfortable . We especially enjoyed the hot tub and Beau our dog loved playing soccer with his basketball in the backyard. We will definitely be returning to stay here in this wonderful VRBO again when our travels lead us back to Las Cruces again. We travel there quite often, so it won't be too terribly long until we book this fine place. We encourage others to stay here in this super neighborhood in this very delightful home.

This is a spacious, 3-bedroom home, in a fairly new subdivision on the west side of town. Clean and well-furnished kitchen, dining area and family room to accommodate the needs of guests staying from out-of-town. Although we didn't have time to use it, the backyard also featured a fire pit, hot tub, and cornhole game. We found this to be a very affordable alternative to staying in a hotel for our group of 5.

Clean, comfortable and beautiful home!

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay at this home. Property was very clean, warm and welcoming and tastefully decorated. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms were pristine and the kitchen was well stocked. Nice back yard in a nice neighborhood. Check-in was easy. Looking forward to our next trip in this lovely home. Katrina was a fantastic host! We have stayed at many VRBOs over the years, and this was seriously the best!! Beautiful home, great neighborhood, pretty views from a wonderfully-appointed and dog-riendly backyard! Super clean, tasteful decor, and wonderful house layout! Nice for the older dog and her senior parents that this great home was on just one level with no stairs to navigate. The beds were extremely comfortable, as was the couch! Loved it here. Perfect "Stay"cation

On paper this property looked perfect for our visit and in person it was even better! There was more than enough space for all of us and a lovely yard for our dog - not to mention some free treats for her. We were especially grateful for the pantry items, as we arrived late and hungry and were ecstatic to not have to leave to find dinner in the middle of the night. I was impressed with all of the kitchen utensils and dishes available to us. We spent time in the lovely hot tub and I was happy to have the office for when I needed to (unfortunately) step away to do some work. We were so sad to have to leave and we highly recommend to anyone!
