Checkin person was very nice and totally professional. Room was great! We slept very well. My only issue was the shower head. They never seem to work good. It was too hard to adjust the settings. That’s all I have to complain about. Not too bad at all.

Being handicapped, I got exactly the kind of shower with seat and no tub to step over into that I needed. That doesn't always happen. A good buffet restaurant next door and plenty of fast food places within 5 miles.

Our phone didn’t work and the fan emitted a terrible noise. They said they were waiting for parts. They replaced our phone handset. It will ring but doesn’t allow you to hear the other person. There was yucky food on the floor. Although they said they were booked, they eventually found another room for us to move to.

It was a nice property and breakfast was good as typical Hampton. My Only complaint....for a pet charge this unit had no ,NO, good pet walking rest stop areas.No bags or pet station AT all.Larger rocks and cement around total building. UNDERSTAND desert and grass.I live in Tucson.....but come on.The best place I found was on the drive way side with Golden Corral. SMALLER stones for small dogs to walk on like at home.HOTEL NEXT DOOR had some lawn grass.Interesting. so An Fyi for pet lovers.This Hampton is off our list as Dog friendly.
