"Loved my stay"

"Would have been wonderful to have our own microwave in our room. Instead we had to take the elevator up to some sketchy site on the 25th floor, 6 elevators in the building and only 2 worked. We had to take the stairs down a couple times from the 9th floor. Staff not very helpful. "

"Everything and everyone was pleasant informed us with information properly. Had a bad experience at the omni and left to go to the westing and it was my 50th bday and they have my husband and i a wonderful suite and also had cake and champagne delivered..along with a wonder card. Made my bday even better considering the bad expensive we had at the omni. Thestaff sas wonderful. Will definitely be staying there every time we go to Dallas. "
