Renovated, independent farmhouse, 218m², located 30km from the Mont-Dore ski resort. Beautiful view of the forest, the Bort-les-Orgues dam, the largest in the Dordogne valley.
Ground floor: fitted kitchen / living room, 1 bedroom (2 single beds), 1 bedroom (1 double bed), 1 bedroom (1 double bed + 1 single bed), bathroom (bath), wc, linen room.
On the 1st floor: fitted kitchen, living room, dining room, 1 non-closed bedroom (1 very comfortable sofa bed 140 with mattress topper), bathroom (bath and shower), wc, linen room.
On the 2nd floor: 1 bedroom (1 bed 180 + 1 bed 90) and 4 beds on the mezzanine (1 bed 140 + 3 beds 90), bathroom (bath), wc.

For babies: young children are at your disposal: 2 umbrella beds with mattresses for more comfort (provide children's sheets), a changing mat, a baby bath, 2 high chairs, one of which is slightly reclining.

A beautiful quiet get-away in a magnificent setting
We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful place. The house is set on a sloped garden with beautiful views to all sides off tree lined pastures. A couple of friendly cows add to the picture and do not disturb the tranquility of the place. The house is immense with four closed bedrooms and a multitude of other sleeping areas, three sitting rooms, two kitchens, two laundry rooms and three bathrooms. The furnishing is modern and homey, and all the conveniences necessary are to hand. The garden is an openplan lawn with one magnificent lime tree that gives shade at any time of day. There are two areas for eating outdoors, so you can follow the shade or the sun. We lay out on the grass to watch the stars in the late evening and the pitch black skies allowed for excellent stargazing. We would heartily recommend this house.

MAGNIFIQUE
Superbe séjour au sein de cette magnifique ferme joliment rénovée et très confortable ! Tout était parfait, les lits très confortables, des espaces détente un peu partout dans la maison et chaque espace a été très bien optimisé. Il ne manque rien ! Bravo aux propriétaires de proposer une telle location ! Je loue énormément dans toute la France et même à l'étranger et je suis assez critique mais là j'avoue avoir été agréablement surprise. Nous n'avons malheureusement pas eu de chance avec le temps car nous avons eu de la pluie sans arrêt donc nous n'avons pas profité de la terrasse et des espaces extérieurs (petite suggestion... un billard dans le salon serait idéal pour justement ces jours de pluie et les soirées). Par contre c'était très agréable de lire devant la cheminée et de jouer à des jeux de société que vous mettez à disposition, le coin sport est aussi très bien pensé. Par contre il serait peut-être bien de fermer à l'étage au niveau du couloir qui donne dans le wc et la salle de bain car lorsqu'il y a une personne dans le salon en bas et bien elle nous voit sortir de la salle de bain ou de la chambre, juste un rideau ou une petite porte battante par exemple. En tous cas nous reviendrons c'est certain car nous voulons faire tout ce que nous n'avons pas pu comme la visite du Puy De Dôme qui n'est pas loin et bien d'autres choses dans cette belle région où l'on se ressource d'énergie avec toute cette belle nature et ses beaux paysages. A très bientôt alors et merci :)

Magnifique ferme restaurée avec goût, dans une campagne exceptionnelle pour les promenades à pied et en voiture, et un environnement très calme et accueillant. Les vues sur le plan d’eau qui serpente en contrebas sont splendides. On en trouve un aperçu par une petite percée depuis la propriété. De grandes vues s’ouvrent depuis les promenades à environ 500m de part et d’autre. La maison est impeccable et dispose de tous les équipements. Les fonctionnalités sont bien organisées dans les cuisines, avec une vaisselle plus que complète, cafetières robots barbecue et plancha, etc… Les canapés et la literie sont très confortables ; le grand salon immense et sa terrasse sur les prés sont un vrai plaisir à vivre.

Gite magnifique et très bien équipé
Le lieu ainsi que la maison sont incroyables, c'est vraiment une perle. La maniere dont la maison a été rénovée est vraiment impressionnante, notamment l'etage du haut avec les baies vitrées et la mezzanine. 2 terrasses, 2 cuisines completement équipées, c'est presque dommage qu'il n'y ait pas plus de chambres car le lieu semble pouvoir accueillir 20 personnes sans problème (pour notre part a 6 c'etait clairement le grand luxe). La literie est excellente, pour les couchages de la mezzanine il faut s'accommoder de la lumière du jour tôt le matin. Nombreux jeux a disposition, barbecue, il y a de quoi s'occuper. La hammeau est vraiment "au bout du monde" (au delà c'est la Dordogne), gage de tranquilité, ce qui veut aussi dire qu'il faut prendre ses dispositions (par exemple penser a faire les courses suffisamment tôt dans les alentours). De manière générale nous sommes très satisfait et retenons l'adresse.
