It was our second time at this hotel and again it was amazing experience, from the lovely staff, spacious, pleasant and Clean room, beautiful pool and right in the heart of protaras, walking distance to beaches and restaurants, I 100% recommend !!!!!

A honest opinion from a valued customer

We frequent the Sunrise Gardens,it has to be said that the most effective, friendly member of staff is Petroula the pool bar manager,without her the hotel would take a nose dive, albeit it there are some lovely staff. However the new hotel manager is not as friendly , he does not aquire the people skills and man mangement that the hotel brands itself on,his target area is cost cutting and cost cutting only, he in my opinion needs to be demised if you want to remain a brand holiday stay.

Very clean , ideal location, staff were lovely , perfect size - not hundreds of people like the big hotels so no sun bed wars and with 2 large pools it was very spacious . Swim up pool bar was great and offered lots of options including large hot baguettes for a good price - Petrunia and the young lad ( sorry don’t know his name ) were lovely , looked after every one all day ! Will definitely be back ! Loved it !

We have thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week stay in a junior suite garden view. The room was a lovely size and plenty big for our family of 3 with comfy beds and pillows, kitchen with good amenities, lovely bathroom and lovely little balcony with clothes rack. Room and all facilities were spotless, cleaners did a great job every day. Breakfast was amazing with a large range of food from your “standards” to omelette bar, fresh pancakes, fresh fruit and yoghurts, halloumi and lounza ++, staff exceptionally friendly and really goes out of the way for their guests! Pools and loungers plentiful and well looked after. Location cannot be beat with 1 min walk to beautiful sandy beach, supermarket across the road and any shop/restaurant in walking distance. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!!
