The staff were brilliant, friendly and very helpful. Reception met our every need. Thank you Toula and Petra The hotel is clean and housekeeping come every day. Thanks Josie. Food is delicious and plentiful. Thank you Khan. Thanks also to Angel and Artemis. Excellent value for money. The hotel is well eqipped for wheelchairs and people with mobilty issues. It's a family run hotel so the owners keep an eye on quality etc

We loved everything there. The hotel was clean more than your own house. Friendly staff and welcoming. Great location and close to everything. We used Nassi Beach and the bus stations were so close to us for €1.50 a ticket per person in one way. The breakfast was great variety of food and coffees.

Hôtel propre , chambre confortable et spacieuse personnel correct et courtois Petit déjeuner très correct mais repas du soir à éviter viandes transformées, légumes fades et buffet peu varié, Le parking est difficile d'accès il est partagé avec l'hôtel d'à côté donc peu de places mais en avril on a tout de même réussi à en trouver L'hôtel est au centre donc du bruit autour le soir , nous avions une chambre vue piscine et c'était très bien

This hotel is super clean and the staff are super friendly and helpful, especially the lady on the front desk that helped us extend our stay by 4 days.Breakfast buffet is huge and good quality with a nice seating area. Fantastic pool area with a nice bar and restaurant. Hundreds of great restaurants just down the street 2 minute walk. The room has a large patio with pool view with good internet when you get onto it. It’s about a 15 minute walk to a real nice beach which is what we like for the excercise. Quick and easy from the bus stop. We loved our stay here so much we extended it and would stay here again if I were back in Cyprus.

Fantastic 3 star hotel. All areas clean & good food, especially HB dinner options. Bar area very nice, which includes a Shisha lounge which is nice touch. If I had any critisism it would be that glasses & tea/coffee mugs were not replaced with clean ones when used, this is due to not having these on the trolleys when cleaning rooms or maybe no one uses these in room usually? It was my birthday when I was staying and was left a bottle of wine & some fruit, which was lovely touch

Awesome, 5 min to the beach and everything else

We loved our weeklong stay with 2 young kids, ages 4 and 6. The quadruple room was clean and spacious, just one big open space with no partition (except the bathroom). We took the optional all-inclusive deal, which worked great with breakfast buffet, a la carte lunch and dinner, and snacks/ ice cream throughout the day. Fruit juices, beer, ouzo, and a cocktail selection were also included in the deal. The hotel and restaurant staff were great, and the food was tasty. The menu was mostly "international" and remained the same every day, so for a true taste of Cyprus you would definitely want to take a night out at one of the many traditional taverns nearby (we enjoyed Avra). Onsite there's a good size 5 foot deep pool, and a small kid splash-pool. This hotel is across the street from the Thalassa museum, and a short walk away from the beautiful sandy Pantachou beach, the marina, restaurants and shops. Kids loved the daily visits to the Paliatso amusement park, and a 4 hour cruise on the pirate ship Black Pearl. The taxi ride to Larnaca airport is only about 40 min, and the rates were reasonable at 60-70 euro. Had a great time overall, wish we could stay longer

Great location. All inclusive is really good for the price. Can walk to the beach in 10 minutes and the clubs in 5 minutes on a night out. But isnt in a noisy location

A szállás mindenben tökéletes volt, központ pár perces sétára megtalálható! Kedves személyzet, reggeli és a vacsora szuper volt! Egyedüli negatívum az volt, hogy a szobánk a lenti bár fölött helyezkedett el, így az első napokba nehéz volt a pihenés mivel éjszaka 2 óráig szólt a zene, de meg lehetett szokni!

Heel goed, prettig hotel. Zwembad heerlijk, ontbijt veel keus. Vriendelijk personeel. Alleen in het weekend staat de geluidsapparatuur met Harde muziek tot 24.00 uur aan. Zeker als je net onder de café bar een appartement hebt.

Great Stay at the River Rock

Fantastic stay at this hotel. Staff were all excellent and very friendly/pleasant. Rooms and all areas were always nice and clean, well looked after. Also, the food from the hotel restaurant was superb as well. Wouldn't hesitate to come back here when we next visit Ayia Napa. Probably the only minor complaint I'd have is that the walls seem very thin, so you can hear pretty much everything. There was one night we didn't get much sleep as next door sounded like they were having the night of their lives together. However, all in all, an excellent stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone!

Hotel med super beliggenhed i Ayia Napa

Lækker morgenbuffet. Dejlig pool og fællesområder. Rengøring var i top. Eneste minus var at der ikke blev suppleret op med kaffe på værelset, men det var en mindre detalje. Super god beliggehed i stille område, men tæt på strand, havn, cafeer og restauranter. Busstoppested tæt på. Vi brugte bussen til transport til Nissi Beach og Waterworld.
