- Upon check-in, you will receive an energy-saving card attached to your apartment key. Kindly remove the card from its holder whenever you leave the apartment, as it helps us preserve sustainable energy.
- While our listing features a smart TV, please note that it is not connected to satellite channels. However, feel free to enjoy streaming services like YouTube or use your own Netflix account for entertainment during your stay.
- Our housekeeping team can provide you with extra services during your stay for additional charges.
- Kindly note that, facing the apartment, there are some renovation works that might occur for a short period in the morning during weekdays only.

Should your consumption exceed these limits, a charge of 0.5 EUR per extra KWH will be applied daily.
