"The bunkbeds, are nearly nonfunctional, the oversize mattresses do not work with the short distance between the lower and the upper bunk. The mattresses need to be downsized, and or there needs to be an extension that lifts the upper bunks higher."

"The mountain views are spectacular, house was clean, living room was spacious, kitchen was roomy and well-designed, parking spaces were accommodating,and management was helpful and easy to reach. Two regrets: 1) the ski in/ ski out feature proved unuseful for our four young skiers and 2) only 2 (maybe 3) of our 5 couples had sleeping arrangements that met adult expectations. Upstairs bedrooms are the lap of luxuary, downstairs - not so much. "

"By far the best experiencing I've ever had renting a ski condo. The host (Denise) was extremely organized and responsive. She gave detailed and clear instructions to access the condo and the amenities. The condo itself was very well appointed and clean. We loved the decor and general attention to detail. I really appreciated the included bottles of water. It was easy to adjust the temperature in the condo and we felt very comfortable the whole time. The included (upon request), attached, heated garage parking was amazing in terms of convenience and also very clean with 3 or more luggage carts available.This IS a ski-in/ski-out building. The run that connects the buildings (Corridor) is a relatively flat green run, but I had no difficulty navigating it in either direction. I can see less skilled skiers or boarders with rental gear finding it a bit challenging, but I have no complaints. It was nice to be able to enter and exit the slopes without trying to get through a massive crowd. There are many places to store skis near the door/slope, so that was also very convenient.The Iron Horse building itself seemed reasonably clean and updated to me considering the age of the building and the cost of staying there. There were two large hot tubs and an indoor/outdoor pool that were wonderful in the evening. It was easy to get around the resort and the nearby towns using free shuttles.I'd definitely stay here again. This place and the host are gems."

"our group of adult men rented the Casa De Montana again this year with 15 guys. this house was perfect. 5 master suites and very nice bunk rooms. Winter Park lodging crew was very proactive and responsive for anything we needed. our group has used this company 7 times now and love the availability of houses for all sizes of our group each year. this house is for sure the best one you will ever find."
