"This house was perfect for our group. It was very clean. There was plenty of space to eat and sleep and TONS of fun amenities - no one was bored. The communication with the property managers was amazing. I received friendly reminders about trash/recycling. We did have a minor issue one evening. I sent a text to the property managers to notify them. I received a phone call within 5 minutes of my text and the issues was resolved that evening. That is fantastic customer service. "The house was perfect for our large group for spring break. There was so much space to spread out. The game room was a huge hit for the kids. The pool and hot tub were great! With just a short drive to the beach, the location was perfect. The yard was huge and offered everything from hammocking, to basketball/baseball, and campfires! "I have stayed at multiple vacation homes over the years and I have to say that my experience here was by far the best. The hosts graciously allowed us to check in early, even though the home wasn't quite ready when we arrived in town. They thought of EVERYTHING - I was prepared with extra towels, TP, even a frying pan - none of it was needed here. Sadly, poor maintenance and age has left the villa dirty, damp raised floors, peeling and cracked kitchen units and dirty tattered upholstery. The outside around the pool is filthy; there are raised grates on the floor which are dangerous to little ones.The villa is easily large enough for 15 people but luxury is NOT how to describe this villa. "We enjoyed our family vacation to Tampa. We are a very active family and the location of this property was close to the beaches and other activities we had planned. The house was spacious and we loved having access to the chairs, wagon, and cooler. Our children also enjoyed having the pool and used it almost every night of our stay. We would stay there again!"
