Breakfast was not adequate for people with a special diet. Refried beans, eggs mixed with potatoes or hot dogs mixed with eggs. Lots of grease. How about scrambled eggs alone or breakfast Sausage alone. Girl who refilled the evening ran out od hotdogs many times. Many construction workers she should of been prepared. She made people wait all the time. Low on chili, cheese. She needs to have plenty of food available. Bad bad this hotel is not inexpensive. Will think twice about staying there again. Loved the location though.

Very clean but aesthetic of the room really doesn’t make you want to stay there any time longer. Maybe put a rug over a portion of the foot of the bed and paint one of the walls a different color to make It homey but still easy. To keep clean. Appreciate d cleanliness of the room with the tile floors

Room …the bed was very uncomfortable it was warped !! The lamp didn’t work not enough light in room . I did not ask for my room to b cleaned and the cleaning people still went in my room with out asking and me not being in room !! I message them to have a room exchange and was never replied back !! My first and last time staying there!! Also too much noise from doors being slammed to hard and from ppl upstairs!

This was a really great experience. My family had to be in Laredo for a funeral. The service was exceptional-from the airport shuttle to the wine in the evening and the fabulous breakfast in the morning. The staff was amazing. Really-I have stayed at far fancier hotels and wasn't treated as well. Ricardo at breakfast literally cooked eggs and anything else we wanted fresh. Thank you so much!

They tried to charge me the room during the night. I didn’t approve it on my card, and when In asked the front desk lady in the morning, she explained it was a “glitch” in the system. This kind of issues is why I am always reluctant for giving my card for “incidentials”.
