Stayed here the night before flying out of the airport as somewhere that was close enough for an easy Grab ride but far enough away to still enjoy the area without the looming airport feel. Close to many restaurants and stores that are easy to get to.

It's a good hotel. The kind and helpful staff make s difference. But unfortunately you can hear all the noise from the traffic. The alliances seem a little dated and the air-conditioning always smells musty.

Staff are friendly and very helpfull for booking taxis to tourist sightseeing. Convinient for shopping, transportation just front of the hotel. Walking distance to Mactan Shrine. What dislikes me the barhroom is small and no proper shelves to put toothbrushes and soap. Oherwise overall review is excellent.

One of the best hotels ever. The rooms are big, very clean and confortable. The location is great. But the best thing is the staff. They're incredibly nice, they helped me organize a surprise for my husband's birthday and it was sooooooo great, they are just lovely. They also offered us the van to go to the airport. Thank you so much for everything. We will definitely come back here!!! ( and the restaurant is very good too and affordable)

Overnight before Flight

Good location across from shopping plaza with good choice of food. On busy, noisy road so request high floor room at the back away from the street. Great service and quick check in. Room good size and clean. Bed is hard, which is typical for the Philippines. Doesn’t have separate shower-wet bathroom. Toilet seat broken. Included breakfast is okay and delivered to room if desired. About 20 minutes from the airport. 350 peso taxi ride. All in all all a good choice for a short stay.

You get what you pay for

My wife and I had a good stay here. The check-in/check-out process was great. The staff was amazing and always helped out when we had questions or needed to schedule something to do. The room was ok. It was nice having the AC and kitchenette. The bathroom was smaller than expected and looked a little older, but it worked well and they did a good job at cleaning it each day. The location was really the point that makes it a hit or miss. It's nice being across the street from a mall and many food places, but it also means it's very busy and the noise carries through the rooms. We got woken up early one morning to a neighbor playing their music very loudly that even the noise of the AC couldn't mask it. It happened everyday but only one of them was early enough to actually bother us from our sleep. And one night I was about to fall asleep before waking up to fireworks going off right by us. We definitely liked our stay and if you are looking for a short term place to stay then this is a good one. We also wish we would have realized there was a terrace at the top you could go to on our last day there, and that would have been pleasant to enjoy in the evenings. But if you're staying in the city for more than a few days, I would suggest getting somewhere more cozy, away from the busy road, and has more amenities from the hotel.
