Skrekkens hotell som ingen må bruke. Tyveri betjen

Et dritthotell som dere må slette fra deres sider. Bikkjer i gårdsrommet. Søppel rundt hotellet. Sengene var gode. Dusjene dårlige. Restauranten var stengt, og vi ville heller ikke ha spist der. Bildene fra stranden er løgn. se mine vedlagte bilder som viser sannheten. Bassenget grusomt. Vi fant et annet hotell i nærheten som var 1. klasses som vi benyttet til å spise med herlige retter og flott meny, god atmosfære, musikk om kvelden, rent og pent med flere flotte svømmebasseng. Ikke safe på rommet, bare levere verdisaker i resepsjonen og så gikk de med bærenettet mitt til et annet rom. Jeg laget en test og det viste seg at de hadde åpnet nettet. Fra en lommebok var det STJÅLET NOK kr. 500,- og fra en annen lommebok var det stjålet 1000,- pesos. Det jeg betalte for rommet var også for meget, og dere burde erstatte mitt tap.

Nice staff and comfortable hotel

Not recommend

I booked and paid 3 nights, double bed, wifi and ocean view, I received, single bed, no Internet, 14th floor and elevators that not working due to maintenance for at least another 2 days, also, dirty neighborhood, ugly and noisy. Not recommend at all.

スタッフさんが一生懸命

ホテルの建物自体は老朽化が進んでいました。エントランス前のプールは池に近い感じがしました。 ビーチや街中から遠く近くにはお店等は有りません。小腹が空いても買い物がスグには出来ない為買い置きをお勧めします。 部屋は綺麗に清掃されて スタッフさんの対応は満足しています。

A Pleasant Surprise

I only respond to these surveys if I am very happy or very disappointed with my accommodations. Green One is an absolute gem. Beautiful ocean views, quiet and staff who are totally focused on the guest's needs. My room was large, bright and immaculately cleaned every day. I would not hesitate to go back again next time I am in Cebu. The only downsides are that the wifi doesn't reach into the rooms and the traffic is terrible going into Cebu city. But for a quiet and relaxing getaway this place is ideal. The best room I have had in Philippines!

静かなホテル

街中からは外れているため静かに過ごすことができます。 良いところは、部屋が広い、静か、安いというところです。 悪いところは、wifiがロビーしか使えない、水周りが清潔でなくお湯が出ないこともある、プールは入る気にならないところです。 従業員の方はみなさん優しいので、泊まるだけと割り切るなら良いと思います。

Hotel California

It wasn't as advertised, or even described. The restaurant was room service only. The food was okay. The lobby was undergoing a major renovation, so it was closed, and there was construction noise all day. I look forward to restaurants and lobbies as places for travelers to meet. Wifi was only available in the hallway lobby, and by the front desk. Although the hotel was full, it felt deserted, which gave it a weird vibe. Couldn't call in or out, so we were dependent on the front desk for everything. Instead of feeling peaceful and secluded, it felt isolated.

Nice clean rooms. No wifi in bedrooms. Only in lobby. A bit far away from anything. Taxis didn't know where it was. Had to use Uber as they had gps.

The hotel staff were very helpful and always willing to help,,room was ok,pool was emptied and cleaned regularly,no pool bar you had to get your drinks from reception,food was basic but nice,hard to connect to wifi,not very safe to walk around outside the complex at night,not suitable for children as there is nothing for them to do and the pool is salt water,no entertainment ,you are in the middle of nowhere

静かにノンビリ出来るホテル

とにかく静かにノンビリしたい方にはおすすめです。周りに自然が多く時間ものんびり流れている感じになります。 スタッフさんもとても親切でした。

Hotel in the middle of now where

HI even our taxi drive could not find it! Hotel is down a bad road, in a bad neighborhood, so restaurants or amenities anywhere, only what the Hotel provides, the cost of the room on expidia was approximately $40.00 US, after travel for 2 days getting there I needed a second day to rest, the renewal price to extend one day went up to $65.00 to say the least I felt ripped off, they even charged me for water! I don't recommend

Not so good. Cab drivers can't find hotel. Need shuttle service and needs activity. Hotel can be great but needs updated. food is not good at all, very limited. Staff isn't much help for finding things. WiFi and TV terrible. They have a big refridge in the rooms but no way to fill it coz everything is so far away. Taxi drivers charge an extra 100 peso coz its so far away from everything

Nice hotel near airport if you are arriving late.

Hotel provided airport pickup for a charge, which was nice since we arrived at midnight. Iced tea served upon check in was a nice touch. Complimentary breakfast was very good. Roosters on adjacent property were a bit annoying in the morning, but other than that no complaints. Staff was excellent and very accommodating.

strange Hotel

Swimming pool was terrible. nobody was there. And Room door doesn't look safe so I put my trunk in front of the door while I was sleeping. Room was clean but furniture was so old.And they dont have many lights in the hallway, so it feels creepy at night. And it was very far from the main road.The taxi drivers didn't know so we had to ask people to get there.(It was next to Cebu Pacific Resort.So If you tell the taxi driver to get there, they 100% know.)

海が見えて緑に囲まれた静かなホテル

メインストリートからかなり離れた海近くに立地。海は汚くて入れないがホテルからの景色は緑と海が見えて最高。スイートに家族5人で宿泊。他の客が少なかったので、有料の夕食も朝食もルームサービス（手数料無料）にしてくれた。エントランス前のプールは塩水だったが屋根もあり快適だった。

値段以上の満足

友人と3人で3日間滞在しました。 到着すると、部屋に無料のウェルカムドリンクを持ってきてくれました。 ホテル自体は全体的に清潔感があって、部屋も広くてキレイでした。 トイレも浴槽もキレイでした。ただ、温水は出なかったです。 ３日間滞在しましたが、２回ほど停電があり、電気やwifiが繋がらない時間がありました。現地では停電はよくあることのようでしたが。 wifiは部屋では繋がらず、公共スポーツのロビーや階段付近でしか繋がりません。 ランドリーサービス、設備有りと書いてありましたが、洗濯機があるわけではなく、手洗いだと言われました。 ホテルの周辺には何もなく、夜は真っ暗で、昼間でも出歩くにはタクシーが必要だと思います。 空港からはタクシーで早くて30～40分くらいかかりました。 フロントの人も親切で丁寧でした。最終日に早朝のフライトがあったため、朝食は食べれないと思っていましたが、融通を利かせてくれて早めに朝食を用意してくれました。 ちなみに、朝食は日本米、みそ汁、目玉焼きなど日本の朝食みたいな感じで、美味しかったです。初日に夕食で頼んだチキンカレーも日本のカレーのような味でした。 以前は、近くに日本人の経営する英語学校があったようで、日本人向けにロビーや部屋にも日本語の雑誌などがおいてありました。 日本人には慣れていると思うので、少し英語が話せれば、コミュニケーションは取れると思います。 設備やアクセスは値段相応だと思いますが、スタッフや部屋、食事の満足度は期待以上でした。
