"Great place, fantastic service, great rooms, a MUST"

"This was by far the most unique, amazing hotel we stayed at on the island of Crete. Upon arrival we were given fresh-squeezed lemonade made from their own lemon trees. The staff was so friendly! The building is over 500 years old, and nothing like I've ever seen before. The suite we got was huge, (living room, full kitchen, dining room, and bathroom downstairs and 2 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs). "This property was perfect for our large family, it's on 3 floors with 3 separate livingrooms, so everyone can have their own space when they need it. The house is very clean and the property manager was very responsive. There's a taverna in walking distance, Kactus Taverna, Dora who runs it is amazing! There's also a breakfast / coffee place in the village. The villa is about a 7-10 minute drive from the nearest beach."

"Amazing value. We hiked a gorge during the day and ended up down south so looked for a room in the area and found this with good reviews. Driving to it I had second thoughts. It was a bit further away than I thought and there was not much nice once we got off the main north/south road. As we turned into the facility my mood brightened.
