Quiet place to stay especially in Castle section. Not good place for adults only, but ok with families including kids. Spa area really crowded during holiday season. Sauna world isn't anything special for finnish people.

The staff was very friendly and always helpful, I couldn’t complain about anything here if I tried However … For the price I paid I was expecting a more modern room. Alltough I booked a room for me alone which already included two beds, an additional third bed was set up from the couch which took up a big portion of the room. The swimming area is not included and pricy for what it is, for sauna access you have to get the swim pass and then pay an additional fee While I get the environmental aspect of not cleaning a room every day as per default, I was still confused why after 3 days no fresh towel was to be found. Maybe I have mistaken the information I was given. The breakfast was of good quality and had a lot of options, while I didn’t try it myself, I have heard that the scrambled eggs were not the best. To wrap it up: I don’t feel like the price of ~120€ per night really got me their worth here. I won’t come back for this price.

Nice family holiday in absolutely overcrowded Spa

We recently had a long-awaited family holiday, staying for two nights. Overall, the experience was okay. We enjoyed dinners at the hotel’s two restaurants and spent time at the spa. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the location is excellent. The spa itself is one of the best in Finland, with impressive facilities and a great atmosphere. However, it seemed the hotel was at full capacity, and the staff was unprepared for it. The queue at reception stretched outside, and I had to wait 30 minutes to check in. Also, filling in paper check-in cards seems like last century! :) Additionally, Hotels.com made a mistake with our reservation by forgetting to include spa access. Thankfully, the hotel staff handled the issue quickly and professionally - big thanks for that! The spa was overcrowded, making it impossible to move in the water. Breakfast on Saturday morning was also chaotic, with not enough tables and many left uncleared. We had to find and clean a table ourselves. The hotel overall feels old and in need of renovation, particularly the bathrooms. On top of that, our room was not cleaned properly, as we found someone else’s food and drinks in the minibar.

Our room was beautiful, looked just like the photos. Lots of things to do. We came to visit a family member who moved here. The only downside was that no one is very fond of Americans, so demeanor and service changed quite a bit once we started talking and the knew we were from the US, it was made pretty obvious. Other than that the hotel and area are very nice places.

This place can not be recommended. We booked a family room specifying we came with two 13y olds, the sofa bed was no where near wide enough for two kids that age. Service at reception and restaurants were slow and not very engaged. Room A/C did not work properly, and room temp went from 27C to 25C during the night, not comfortable.

Ensimäinen ja viimeinen kerta menen. Saimme väärä ohjetta alussa että missä meidän huone on. Kesti yli tunti löysimme huoneta. Numerot ei pidä painamassa. Huone oli ihan eri mitä kuvassa näytti. Netissä lukee pinnansänky on ilmainen ja valitsin sen kun varasin mutta paikkaan päällä ne otti 20€ pinnasängystä. Huone maksoi 327€ ei kuulunut spa alueelle piti maksaa 60€ vielä. Kallis paikka. Ja ihmiset maailman rasistia täällä löytyy. Täynnä vanhuksia. Altaat vain ensimmäinen päivä oli käytössä toinen päivä se oli kiinni. Huonoin kokemus ikinä. En suosittele
