「We felt like home away from home it was clean surrounded by beautiful scenery all the lakes como key sites not very far Every time we messaged the hotel response was straight away during stay and before check in Beautiful balcony and garden with sitting area with kids friendly toys and spaces in the garden We will be back」

「This was the most beautiful, least functional room of our entire trip. The view was amazing but we didn't get to enjoy it much as we were barely in the room except to sleep. Obviously I saw in the pics that the shower and tub were in the open which I don't love, but I still booked it. The bigger problem is that the room is soooooo loud. We didn't sleep at all. You can hear every person come and go within the "hotel". And the main street is just below along with a bustling restaurant. We could...

「If you look at the pictures advertised there was a lack of honesty. The pictures advertised that every room would have a beautiful view of the mountain. This was not the case, our view was of the backyard where there were a bunch or run down items. The WiFi did not work and when I reached out to the host I received no response. The shower would back up every time and turn into a bath which was gross, there were no plungers or anything left to help ourselves since the host did not respond. To...

「The check in as the Hotel du Lac, and a very short walk to La Dependance. Overlooks the main square. At least four different restaurants. Hotel Dunlap staff were friendly and helpful at the restaurant. Short walk from Ferry. Easy walking around village.」

「Amazing property with an incredible view. Very easy access into the city via bus and stunning location. Room was very clean with unique features and great facilities. Pool access was very easy from room, was very quiet and a great place to swim and relax with the view. Hosts were incredibly friendly and get to know you well to make your stay better. Food was delicous and service overall was just amazing. 100% Will be staying again」

「Very old building but perfectly fine if you don’t believe in ghosts」

「This property well exceeded our expectations」

「Excellent accueil et serviabilité」
