Your vacation rental includes on the ground floor: living room, fitted kitchen, separate toilet, bathroom with shower. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with 1 140x190 bed and 2 90x190 beds. A beautiful tiled terrace at the entrance to the cottage, a large courtyard of 200 m² which can park 2 cars. A large open lawn area of 1500 m² at the rear of the gîte including a boules alley, a swing for children and a shelter for your bikes. In a small, typically Breton hamlet, this independent stone house has recently been tastefully renovated. You will appreciate its South-West facing terrace and its 1500 m² green spaces, not enclosed at the back of the gîte. Located in the countryside 4 km from the center of Lanvellec, you can enjoy the Grand Rocher beach just 11 km away (14 minutes by car), or visit the Rosanbo castle 5 km away, overlooking the Bô valley which is surrounded by a regular neoclassical park with an area of 4 hectares. Places not to be missed: the fine sandy beach of Saint Michel en Grève 12 km away, is one of the largest beaches in the department, it benefits from a very well-equipped nautical center, the Vallée des Saints 32 km away or still the beautiful Pink Granite coast, famous seaside resort of Côtes d'Armor 29 km away. Welcome to Brittany! Come and enjoy the countryside just 11 km from the sea in the country of Trégor.
