"This property is incredibly spacious! Our group of 14 had more than enough room to relax, socialize, and unwind comfortably. We especially appreciated how well organized everything was—from the initial communication with clear, helpful information, to the labeled cabinets, to the detailed checkout instructions.Logan was extremely responsive throughout our stay. When we had an issue with the coffee machine, he quickly ordered a replacement that arrived within the hour and even included coffee beans, which was a thoughtful touch. The kids—and the young at heart—had a blast playing the arcade games downstairs.Unfortunately, we didn’t get a chance to enjoy the hot tub and sauna, as we weren’t sure how to operate them and our stay was only two nights. A helpful suggestion would be to provide a simple user manual for the home’s amenities so guests can easily follow the instructions.Overall, we loved the house, the attention to detail, and Logan’s exceptional attentiveness. We would absolutely stay here again next year for our ski trip!"

"The room and amenities were very nice. There was a problem with the parking garage though that was very frustrating. The remote system was not working despite having a validated ticket and since there was no attendant in the booth it was very frustrating to get the problem resolved. This problem needs to be resolved!!!"

"Room was clean and spacious, mini kitchen stocked with utensils even without me requesting and staff were kind and corteous. They served free food on Christmas eve as well. Overall a great stay as usual, it's our 3rd time booking here."
