1 km from the beaches and small port of Beg Hent, this comfortable and friendly villa will welcome you in its exotic setting with palm trees and olive (it almost looks like the south!), 2 terraces where you can relax. the large veranda is converted in a dining area and lounge. the kitchen has a piano, an American fridge, microwave ..., facing the kitchen, 2nd living room, upstairs bedroom with 1 bed 160, 1 library; the ground floor, 2 bathrooms, one with hydromassage shower, the other with bath, 2 toilets, 2 bedrooms with 140 bed, mezzanine in each, 1 bedroom upstairs with bed of 140 . Wood is very present in the construction and decoration.

Het zwembad en de jacuzzi zijn fantastisch. Fijn dat er ook een douche en toilet bij zijn. Handdoeken, badlakens , keuken - en bedlinnen zijn volop aanwezig. Het keukengerei is oké, we misten wel deksels op de pannen. De bedden zijn verouderd. Er was ook slecht schoongemaakt, stoffig en vuil onder het meubilair. De eigenaar was heel aardig. Toen de oude parasol omviel stond er de volgende dag al een nieuw exemplaar. Het huis is ruim en staat vlakbij het strand, op 3 minuten rijden. We hebben een fijne vakantie gehad.

Maison tres agreable. Les enfants ont adoré la pisicine et le jaccuzi. La plage est a 20 mn a pied pour les courageux (ca monte au retour!). Nous nous sommes bien sentis dans cette maison.

Maison très bien située, proche de la mer. Jardin agréable, seul bémol, un buisson devant la terrasse remplie d'abeilles, donc pas très agréable pour des enfants en bas âge. La maison est assez spacieuse mais difficile d'y loger des enfants de moins de 3 ans et des adultes de grande taille en raison des escaliers étroits pour se rendre dans les chambres mansardées. Nous recommandons ce logement.

Propriétaire adorable Une jolie déco avec un petit cadeau pour les 18ans de notre fille que nous avons énormément apprécié Et pour nous une très bonne bouteille de vin Je loue via Abritel depuis des années cette jolie maison spacieuse nous a vraiment comblée par ses petits coins détente intérieur comme extérieur sa grande piscine eau salée chauffée à 28'c jacuzzi sauna matériels de sports Son emplacement est idéal petits sentiers qui mènent à la mer Activités proches accrobranche, pinball, bateaux etc.. . Idéal pour familles

C est un endroit calme la maison est entourée de verdure .il n'y a pas de vis-à -vis. Nous avons ete tres bien acceuillis par le propriétaire. Il n'y a pas besoin de sortir pour aller dans la piscine qui mesure 9x4m . Que du bonheur .la quantité de vaisselle est ++++.il faut prendre la voiture pour aller faire les courses mais avec une bonne organisation il n'y a pas de problèmes. Très bel endroit pour se ressourcer en famille

Belle semaine en famille

Grande et jolie maison bien équipée pour 6 adultes et 4 enfants. Les enfants profitent d'une balancoire toboggan cabane de jeu bac à sable table de ping pong babyfoot et de la piscine bien sécurisée. Le jacuzzi et sauna pour les plus grands. La plage proche de la maison est belle et peu fréquentée (plage de Goas Lagorn). Plusieurs jolis sentiers partant de la plage le long de la côte ou vers les terres. Boulangerie et producteur de legumes à moins de 5 minutes en voiture. Proche Lannion et commerces. La côte de Granit rose juste à côté est magnifique. Bref nous avons passés une belle semaine

Location bien équipée, agréable jardin au calme..piscine et spa bien propre. Pour les amateurs de cuisine, vous êtes comme chez vous..tout ou presque s'y trouve. Bon accueil des propriétaires avec le petit gâteau fait maison et la bouteille de vin..adresse à retenir.

Maison très bien placée pour visiter les environs, avec une petite plage au bout de la rue (possible à pied, avec une montée au retour). Maison très bien équipée pour la vie sur place (cuisine, salons, terrasses, tables, transats, lecture, jeux, loisirs...). Il ne manque rien. Un vrai bonheur de profiter de la piscine et du jacuzzi sur place. Chacun peut profiter des différents espaces à sa guise. Seul petit bémol : peu de mobilier pour le rangement dans les chambres.

très agréable maison de vacances

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison. La maison est spacieuse avec plusieurs salons, un coin nuit à part des pièces de vie très apprécié lorsqu'on a des enfants en bas âge. La cuisine est très bien équipée, l'espace salle à manger-véranda donnant sur un magnifique jardin est très agréable aussi. Le point fort de la maison reste l'espace piscine qui est absolument génial: Sauna, jacuzzi, douche et wc , plusieurs transats à disposition et une terrasse juste à côté. Nous recommandons vraiment cette location, les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et même s' ils habitent juste à côté , ils restent très discrets (nous les avons vu 1 fois en 15 jours). Juste à préciser qu'une chambre est plutôt difficile d'accès pour des personnes âgées ou des petits enfants et 2 lits simples sont sur des mezzanines qui ne sont pas non plus très faciles d'accès. La maison était très propre à notre arrivée. La literie est très bonne dans toutes les chambres. Il faut compter 20 minutes à pied avec des enfants pour rejoindre la plage la plus proche. Cette maison est parfaite pour des vacances en famille.

Nous n'avons pas été déçu par notre séjour, la maison a répondu à nos attentes. Les conseils, l'accueil et la flexibilité des propriétaires, sont un vrai plus. Nous avons passé d'agréable moment en famille que ce soit autour de la piscine, du jacuzzi et de la table... La maison est grande, propre, fonctionnel et bien situé. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette magnifique villa qui est tout à fait conforme à sa description si ce n'est plus tant l'équipement y est complet. La maison est parfaitement entretenue tout comme l'espace piscine. Elle est de plus parfaitement située pour permettre de visiter la région sans avoir à parcourir de nombreux kilomètres. L'atout majeur de cette maison ,est sans aucun doute ses propriétaires qui sont très accueillants, chaleureux et disponibles tout en sachant rester discrets. Casa accogliente, ben arredata, spazzi notevoli, prato curato, situata in zona tranquilla, proprietari disponibili, vicini ma non presenti o invadenti. Piscia e sauna perfetta. Sevizi comodi in auto. Unico neo ( per noi italiani ) i gabinetti sono tutti in vani separati ed angusti. Ma in Francia si usa così. Descrizione perfetta Certamente da ritornare e da consigliare.

Nous avions prévu de mettre le cap sur la Bretagne pour ces vacances d'hiver. Le hic, c'est que nous n'avions pas encore fait de réservation. Nous connaissions des amis qui avaient séjourné dans cette maison et qui nous l'ont vivement recommandé. Quelle ne fut pas notre surprise à l'arrivée, maison très lumineuse et chaleureuse, ambiance vacances assurée, nos petits enfants ont adoré la piscine pendant que nous profitions du jaccuzzi et du sauna ; tout ceci dans une ambiance très agréable, presque tropicale. La cuisine, très équipée m'a permis de faire de bons petits plats à toute m'a tribu, quel bonheur de se retrouver autour d'une grande tablée. Je recommande cette location à toutes les personnes désireuses de se retrouver en famille ou entre amis, chacun y trouvera sa place sans se marcher dessus, cette maison est faite de coins et recoins, c'était super !!!

Que de bons souvenir dans cette location. Propreté irréprochable, charme au rendez-vous, extrêmement bien équipé, vous trouverez tout pour la cuisine . Très fonctionnel, chacun trouve son petit coin. Le linge de maison et de toilette est fournis, ainsi que le ménage fait partie de la location, croyez moi que c'est un plus, on allège les bagages et on ne passe pas plusieurs heures à briquer ce grand espace ! La mer se trouve à deux pas, et la petite plage est irrésistible, la ville est aussi à côté. Les propriétaires, très sympathiques, s'arrangent de tout et vous donnent leur confiance. C'est la meilleurs location que nous avons eus et la seule pour l'instant ou nous voudrions retourner !
