"The bathroom was stinky, and the handle was broken. No inhouse kitchen for breakfast etc. Towels were not clean. Lipstick marks were all over towel. Room was not clean. The bedsheet and pillow were stinking. The only advantage was that it is walking distance from BHU main gate."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at the Taj Ganges, Varanasi. From the moment we arrived, the warmth, hospitality, and genuine care of the staff made our visit truly memorable. A special mention goes to Prachi from the Front Office, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We would also like to recognize Abhishek, who assisted us with our luggage.
