「スローフード発祥地ALBの世界遺産地区の素晴らしいアルベルゴ。古代ローマ遺跡(浴場や闘技場)の跡地にトリノ城主でイタリア半島を統一したサヴォイア家の城と周辺建造物が点在している。敷地内にはイタリアのワインを展示販売するBank di Vinoやスローフードの学校も併設され、ホテル内のリストランテはミシュラン星付き。周辺にはランゲやアルネイスの葡萄畑が、近くのラ・モッラやバローロの葡萄畑も世界遺産に登録されている。小高い丘に延々と続くネッビオーロやバルベーラの葡萄畑は美しすぎる程。訪れた晩秋は葡萄畑が様々な色に染まり、思わず車くぉ停めて見入ったほど。」

「Quelle belle découverte. Agréable endroit, propre spacieux accueillant. Un sans faute général on a vraiment apprécier notre nuit avec nos enfants au sein de l’établissement. Le bar de l’hôtel est superbe avec un service au top et légère musique sur la terrasse extérieur. Le petit déjeuner est excellent et nos avons adorés. Bref une adresse à retenir et que l’on vous conseille 」
