So much walking for person with mobility issues to get to pool. Extremely long hallways Pool deck doesnt drain well Park garage should have more handicap stalls and pillars should have reflective tape Too dark Sheets rough Ice buildup on driveway down by front entrance Asked for salt or ice melt. Not done Restaurant line not hooked up to room phone

The overall experience was good. The room was clean and new. The parking fee seems excessive since there isnt really an option except to park under the hotel and you have to pay $18/night. Additionally, we went to the pool and it is across the street. It was super busy and it was very loud even during "quiet time." The change room area was extremely small and i was not going to walk across the road in the cold in my bathing suit. Different story if you were staying in the host hotel.

Staff was great. room was a good size. Too hot could not control the temperature and the bed and pillows old and lumpy

Very clean suite with large bathroom, nice comfy bed and fireplace was terrific. Had a terrific night sleep.

Everything was great, cute, comfy, beautiful, great location close to everything (walkable). We stayed at a two-bedroom room. Be aware if it is important for you to have vanity or shelf space in bathroom to set aside toothbrush, a few skincare bottles and small toiletry bags. There is none. One bathroom has just a pedestal sink and another has a very small vanity. We use small nightstand by bed and kitchen table for that. Parking is close by, but expensive.
