「The staff was very friendly and my room was clean and comfortable.」

「Staff was friendly. But I had reserved a king non smoking on the low level but when I got there in order to get a low level I had to take a smoking room which since I wanted the low level I chose to take it.Room was ok not the cleanest ad the ac leaked but it worked. We left and came back and seen a cockroach. We killed it lol but when we left the second night our room key was deactivated so we had to get it activated again. But we will never stay here again. Hotel ok if its your last resort.」

「The hotel’s location is excellent, right off I-85, and the staff at the front desk were extremely friendly and courteous. Unfortunately, that was about the only positive part of my stay. My overall experience was very disappointing. 1. The hotel feels extremely outdated, almost like stepping back into the 1970s. Even from the outside, there is very little signage, and the property looks poorly maintained. 2. The towels in my room were dirty and looked as though they had already been used and...
