"This hotel is always somewhere I stay when I travel to Columbus, GA. I was a bit surprised and upset at how I waited for over an hour after I arrived to only end up in a Completely dirty room. Potato chips on the floor and the sheets were obviously slept on and whatever else that happened in the room. But thanks to Ms. Stefanye for going above and beyond to get me into a clean room . She is the reason why I will return. The housekeeper who didn’t clean my room left her name on the note pad, and I have to say that , although your job may be a little overwhelming at times, you literally didn’t try to make my room look as if you had made some attempt to clean it. And I was a bit irritated that when given a VIP drink voucher, it limited what kind of drink I could actually have. So, please take VIP off of the vouchers if you’re going to tell people what they can and can’t have. Thankfully, my sister and our friends didn’t have a bad experience during their first time at the hotel. I hope that the next time I visit, things will be a lot better."

"I walked into the lobby to the front desk and was immediately overwhelmed by the odor of marijuana and filth. I was afraid to touch anything, I walked out prepared to sleep in my car. It was graduation week and was so worried I wouldn’t find other accommodations at last minute. Thank GOD the Sleep Inn had one room available!"

"I didn't have problems so much with my room, my problems were with the load nneighbors were addressed but continued to be load even after being addressed. So I had hoped I wouldn't have to call more then once but I did and they continued to be load well after 1AM. MY AC was just as load."

"The only thing good about this hotel is the bed. They definitely spent the budget on the bed in each room because thats is the only amazing thing about this hotel. The breakfast was horrible. They only give waffles. Over ripe bananas and apples, cereal ( fruit loops and raisins bran), over cooked eggs and flat round sausage. Small mini muffins and a few bagels and toast. You get what you pay for. The ice machine broke, the coffee machine was always empty after 5pm and only decaffeinated. The Elevator doors and elevator inside and out was so dirty you couldn't see your reflection in the steel. The manager seem so disinterested and not welcoming. I Will never recommend or tell anyone to book this hotel unless they are very desperate to stay somewhere for cheap and dirty. This is a hotel for people who dont like to live or dont mind staying in a dirty environment. Just because a customer wants to save money doesn't mean they have to endure dirty living environment."
