"The property was poorly kept but you get what you pay for. The room was only 100.00 a night. Sheets and towels were clean. The bathroom door had something splattered on it. The overhead light didn't work in the room and the hair dryer didn't work either."

"We stayed at this property about 5 years ago and we had a great stay however this time the experience was terrible. The hotel has gone down hill and seemed old, tired and worn. We had to change rooms because it looked as though someone kicked in the bathroom door breaking the door and lock. The next room wasn’t much better. "The room, and everything in it, was clean, functional and well maintained. The two nights stay was very good. The building, and specifically the door and its handle-lock system can use some facelift. Still, this did not affect our satisfaction from the stay. However, we did not get the courtesy expected during check-in at a lodging place. The person at the counter didn't seem to care much if we are there or not. We were left with some bitter taste."

"Three elevators with only one of them working, the entire time I was there. There are stairs which I used once from my 5th floor room, but then discovered the stairwell does not open on the 2nd floor and the second floor is where the restaurant, bar, gym and everything else you might want are located. There's a sign in the lobby " Rise and Dine!" When I finally arrived at the breakfast room with, of course, my room key, I was asked if I had a coupon...meaning, had I paid for breakfast upfront?...

"This inn is a three-building apartment complex functioning as a hotel. Check-in was advertised as 2:00 pm, but room not ready when we arrived at 4:30. We were told it would be ready in 10 minutes, but an hour later, it was still not ready. So we were unable to use the room to change and rest before our evening event. We paid for a two queen bed room, but received a one queen room with pullout sofa and no linens for said sofa. Staff declined to adjust rate to reflect difference. When we...
