"it took us 20mins to get a room and we where the only one waiting. The hotel was way out our way(20miles ).We wanted a hotel in Florence Kentucky but got one in cincinnati north"

"There was no one there to check us in when we arrived. We attempted to call every number available for the facility with no answer. We searched the property for a staff member to no avail. After 45 minutes we abandon our reservation and went somewhere else. After contacting the facility for a refund they said basically that we're not eligible because we didn't get there early enough in the day. Had no time was anything indicated that there was a deadline for checking in during the reservation...
