「車で細い道をだいぶ走ります。木々に囲まれたロッジホテルです。部屋は清潔で快適でした。朝食のバフェは、あまり種類がありません。木々に囲まれているので、落ち着きます。」

「Great staff. Very responsive and respectful 」

「It’s not even a one star . More like a one hour room hotel .」

「Very disappointing experience. The property was fully paid and booked through Expedia, but on the day of check-in (2nd October), the property manager denied the booking without any prior notice. Since it was peak season, we couldn’t find an alternative at the last minute. It felt like the property may have been given to someone else at a higher price while our booking was left unconfirmed. Extremely stressful and unprofessional experience.」

「Overall good though bit annoying reception staff kept on phoning me for strange reasons」

「all good」

「The property has amazing views and the rooms are nice and spacious. The breakfast spread was great and the high tea concept was lovely.」

「Very good location at Rajpur Road, good breakfast, very good service. One major problem- water supply in the bathroom was unpredictable. Water supply can stop while you are still taking bath. :(」
