「Very clean helpful staff 」

「I booked this room through expedia. I called the hotels local number to speak to a front desk representative to ask if they had a pool and a hot tub. The person I spoke to told me that they have both also that the pool was heated. I booked and found out that there was no hot tub , and the pool was not heated. So it was not a good time for my children , and I was hoping to relax in the hot tub. The staff was very friendly and helpful.So no complaints there. The room was standard for the price...

「Staff was smoking right outside the main entry. There was no blowdryer in the room, I had to go to the front desk to retrieve one. Sheets were dirty, had old grease stains on them. Ice bucket and bag were on the floor when I arrived. 」
