TY MANOA - Pretty house 50m from the sea

Welcome to the “TY MANOA” house, a pretty independent house, completely renovated of 60m², is located just 50 meters from the GR34 long-distance hiking trail which overlooks the sea, between the Aber Benoît and the Iroise Sea.



Enjoy direct access to the GR34 hiking trail and to the slipway for your walks and nautical activities. The pools in Beg Ar Vill, 250 metres away, offer you the opportunity to enjoy fresh seafood during your stay.



The house is nestled in a 900m² garden, completely enclosed to guarantee tranquility and privacy. You can relax on the sunny terrace all day, equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue for convivial moments in the open air while the children enjoy the swing.



On the ground floor, a modern kitchen with dining island, open to a warm living room with wood stove, will welcome you for moments of relaxation. You will also find a bathroom with shower and vanity unit, as well as an independent WC on the ground floor.



Upstairs, the house offers two comfortable bedrooms: a master bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and a small desk, and a second bedroom with two single beds (90x200).



The little extras that you won't find elsewhere? Bed and bathroom linen provided (sheets, covers, pillowcases, pillowcases, towels, tea towels), as well as a digital welcome booklet explaining how the house works and which will advise you on activities to do and tourist places to visit.



Less than 30 minutes away, you can discover the most tourist places in the Pays des Abers and the Pays d'Iroise: go and discover the islands of Ouessant or Molène from the pretty, lively and picturesque port of Le Conquet (possible departure from Lanildut), discover the 3 Abers and their magnificent landscapes, go for a walk on the wild coast or discover the Ile Vierge lighthouse, visit the Pointe Saint Matthieu, the castle of Kergroadut, or the Marine Museum in Brest. For art lovers: La Passerelle in Brest, The Leclerc Foundation in Landerneau, the Brest Museum of Fine Arts...

For children you will also find nearby: the 3 parish priest's school (theme park) and Océanopolis (one of the largest aquariums in Europe).

For the more sporty, magnificent kitesurfing, windsurfing, paddle or surfing spots are nearby, as well as golf courses including that of Abers.
