nice property that is unfortunately not maintained well- in the heart of tourist country. Other guests complained to me about not being able to get in and crawled thru window after a 7drive. Since I am a pilot and it is next to airport I would stay there in a pinch.

Cute room, couch was a little outdated, and the heater when it turned on was loud, but overall the property and room was decent for the price and convenient location to the highway. I would recommend.

Remote checkin first told me one room number that did not exist. Had to call again to get accurate room. Also, advertised as "deluxe cottage" and shown as stand alone cottage but was a room in a multi room cottage. Also, coffee maker did work at all. Overall very u satisfactory.

The king cottage had pretty much everything we needed. Bedding and towels were very clean but there were only two towels. There was toothpaste on the sink spigot. Ceiling fan, A/C worked great. Microwave, coffee pot, and fridge in room with regular and decaf coffee and several tea bags. I didn’t particularly care for the check-in process - you have to call them and the automated procedure is worthless; once you get “transferred to a human,” they tell you your room number and you have to them go to that destination, then they give you the code to the lockbox to get the key (singular: key). But the bed was comfy enough. Plenty of toiletries. Iron, ironing board, and hair dryer all worked just fine.

Check I in was over the phone and the keys were in a lock box at the door, but the gentleman who helped us was most friendly, and it only took a few minutes. The cottage itself was very large and very clean, conveniently located to all of the shops and antique stores we wanted to visit, and it was so nice having a private space with no one near us for a good nights rest after - highly recommend!

The bathroom door couldn't lock because of uneven latches. The light bulb lamp could not turn on. A bit dim in the room. Please have littel fixes like this done. Called to check in and answered by auto reponse and hung up. Then connected to someone and didn't speak and hung up again, finally someone answered to give me my cottage and password to open the lock. No staff at front desk. Call on your own.

I found the remote check in pretty sketchy and the lockbox was difficult to open. Room was clean, large (2 queen sized bed) and nicely attired. Both beds were vey lumpy. Neither of us got a good nights sleep.

The location is perfect to get to all the main attractions but it’s literally beside a small airport, So it’s not quiet. Theres no black out curtains and the shades they have let light in. So it was light in our room before 6am. The worst part was when we arrived ,it’s a no contact facility. Which means no manager on the ground . We arrived at 8:30pm for check in, so there’s a number to call and they explain how to get your room key out of the lock box that has a code. When we arrived to our room the lock box was open and the key wasn’t inside. When I reported this to the man on the phone he placed me on hold for about 10 minutes then he retuned and said ,” sorry we have to cancel your reservation” He couldn’t get anyone to come bring us a key. We traveled for 10 hrs and it was after 9 pm by this time and he was acting like it was okay that we wouldn’t have anywhere to go. We checked a window and sure enough it wasn’t locked so we climbed inside our PAID room. He said he would bring us a key the next day when we told him what we had to do. The room was dirty, the bed is very hard. The bedding was clean and smelled fresh. But our toilet didn’t flush …. These cottages would be so cute if they had some actual cleaners and maintenance to take care of the place . The grass wasn’t even cut.
