Check in was ok. We had our dog with us so we were in the pet friendly area. Smellwas bad in the hallway and had a stench in the room with stains in the carpet. Needs alot of upkeep and update. Breakfast was ok. They ran out of sasauge an hour and a half into breafast and was no other meat offered. Bed and shower seemed clean but if you look past that it mosy likely needs addressed. Close to sights and sounds, Rutters, puzza place and Beer Mart put probably wouldn't stay again.

Nothing was great but it was adequate for a one nights sleep. Not very clean, staff was not at all friendly, breakfast was terrible. On the plus side... it is in a nice area and close to lots of sights, shopping, shows, and Amish Country.

Well pleased!

I have stayed at few diffent Hotels, and the one was far the best I have stayed at. The room was very clean and Bed was comfortable! And I enJoy continental was good. Really enjoy the waffles!

Pleasant stay for the most part.

We were swimming in pool and they came out and put shock in pool so wasn't safe to swim but allowed people in it.Needless to say we didn't go back in Affordable, comfortable, hot breakfast so stay was pleasant otherwise.

The Clarion has new owners, and I believe they’re still working out kinks in their housekeeping processes. It is definitely an older property. For example, the toilet is lower than today’s standard height and the bathroom vanity is lower than today’s standard. We had a pet room, so maybe other rooms are more updated. We appreciate the option to bring our pets.

This is a great hotel. The rooms are VERY spacious and nice. Old style but nice. Very clean. NO elevator! Has a nice breakfast as well. I'd come back here.

The bathroom was gross the tub was painted with regular paint the sink holes were black mildew it was peeled paint on walls in room it was definitely not what the pictures show. Pool was green. Never again will I stay there
