「The location was wonderful and the room size was very comfortable. Very quiet for sleeping. The physical building needs a lot of updating. The motel is very long and the elevator is at the very end of the building - away from the lobby! The stairway in the middle of the building had a very unstable handrail and loose tiles at the top of the stairs. Easy for a trip and fall to occur. The breakfast room was very large and comfortable. 「Exterior room door was in bad condition, dented and cracked paint had been painted over. When I drove up and saw that I almost left. Inside the room had been remodeled and was clean, except it had a bare unfinished concrete floor that had once had carpet. The room was dark and lacking a light by the bed. The one redeeming thing was a great blanket rolled up on top of the bed. 」

「The pool had to much chlorine in it and the smell was burning my eyes by just standing in the pool areas. the bottom of the pool was kind of rough as well. We opened up the doors to air it out and it helped. We had a soaker tub in one of the bathrooms and we couldn’t use it. The plug was missing but I didn’t ask or say anything bc the jets were dirty inside that I wouldn’t have let my kids use it anyways. It would have been nice to enjoy it though. 「We travel to Branson 1-2 times per year. This is by far my favorite hotel and will be our permanent hotel home in Branson going forward.」

「The rooms are very clean and kitchen was fully stocked with all of the things needed to cook. There was also a washer and dryer along with supplies to wash your clothes! The staff was very helpful and very quick to resolve any issues. 10/10 recommend!」

「It was nice staying somewhere pet friendly. The hot tub was about the temperature a pool should be and not very clean. The pool was ice cold. Both we unusable. The breakfast was okay, we ended up eating someplace else all but one morning. Overall, I would not stay there again.」
