I got charged for an early check in at 11am when that should have been honoring to me a no cost since I am a VIp member. Didn’t get any of my VIP benefits at this hotel. The cleanliness needs to be improved in the rooms and pool need better cleaning and maintenance "

"First time in Paraguay and this spot was quite the oasis for me. Gorgeous, plant-laden property with a pool featuring anwater-fall! Warm staff that is very patient with non-Spanish speaking visitors. Lovely complimentary breakfast that never left me dissatisfied. Convenient restaurant offerings in-house. VERY centrally located, near restaurants, modern grocery stores and major malls where you can exchange currency and get physical sim cards. Will be my go-to hotel for Asuncion."
