Cottage 'Joannet' with Mountain View, Private Terrace and Wi-Fi

Joannet Cottage sits below our house, with its own completely independent entrance and covered terrace. The surroundings are very peaceful, as we are the hamlet's only residents. Ideally located 5 minutes from Lamastre, where you will find all the shops, the cottage is perfect for hiking, mountain biking or cycle touring, in the heart of the famous Ardéchoise cycling event area and near the Ardèche tourist railway. The Ardèche mountains are within easy reach: Saint-Agrève, Saint-Bonnet-le-Froid and Devesset (lake with recreational facilities, windsurfing and dining).



The 40 m² cottage sleeps 2 and is on the raised ground floor (a few steps to climb). It features a living area with a well-equipped kitchenette (filter and pod coffee makers) and a lounge with a TV. There is direct access to the terrace with outdoor furniture and a barbecue, offering lovely views of the valley and mountains. The spacious bedroom has a 160 cm-wide bed and a cot. The bathroom has a spacious shower, vanity unit and toilet. Bed linen is provided. Wi-Fi is available, as are a washing machine and tumble dryer. On-site parking.



This accommodation is adults-only, and events are not allowed. A cleaning service during your stay is available for an extra fee. Pets are not allowed.
