Friendly helpful staff. I don't think there is need to clean the floors so much. Was worried about falling. And no need to clean floor during meal time but I can see why. Food was so good and varied. The indoor pool was fine but there was only a few rides open at the aquapark, the main reason we booked this hotel. Yes it is January and it is cold but we brought wetsuits for the teens and only a few rides were open. Quite disappointed
