I had an excellent experience at this hotel. The staff is incredibly friendly, always welcoming, and willing to help with absolutely everything, which truly makes the stay even more enjoyable.
The location is amazing! the hotel is extremely close to all the shops and restaurants, all within walking distance, making it super convenient and easy to get around.
I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for great service and an unbeatable location!
A special thanks to the guy who stays overnight because he helped me to carry all my bags at 5:30am

air con was terrible - was blasting cold air and as we visited in dec that is not what we needed. the controls were locked , which i have never seen before, and had really big issues to get reception to fix the issue. the solution was either full blast or not at all . we never received the bottle of water or the room upgrade. quite disappointing stay overall

We loved it! Location is excellent right across from beach and so many nice restaurants. Having the chairs and umbrellas set up at beach was fantastic. (That is part of the amenity fee) The rooms were nice and comfortable and loved having a balcony. Staff was super friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again!
