As a San Diego local of 25 years staying here during a home transition, I can say this home is a wonderful find for families and remote workers. The house is exceptionally clean, I did the 'white sock test' with my kids for several days and the floors were spotless!The kitchen is a dream for those who actually cook; it's huge, with plenty of counter space and every appliance you could need (Keurig, indoor grill, rice maker). I especially appreciated the stainless steel cookware options. For my fellow moms: the double sinks in both bathrooms and the abundance of towels were amazing. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and semi-rural, offering a very peaceful stay.The host is incredibly kind and generous. When I had a minor Wi-Fi issue in the back room, he immediately brought over an extender. He truly cares about his guests' experience. Highly recommend for large groups or families!

My family stayed here when we were in town for my daughter’s SDSU graduation.The good: Pillows seem washed. Towels were hotel quality. There were more towels than we needed. Host seem new to renting out properties. Construction / renovation doesn’t seem complete (photo attached). Also, they should hire out the cleaning (hosts do the cleaning themselves) as there are areas that could use more cleaning (eg. cabinets around stove). Pots and pans were not usable / Teflon. There are no towel racks in the “main” (vs. “ master”) bathroom.

Great Host - Accommodations worked for us

We rented this home to celebrate our daughter's graduation from college in San Diego. The accommodations were suitable for 10 of us. The house was clean. The beds were not the most comfortable and some of the finnishes in the home were low grade. The placement of sleeping quarters was a little unorthodox. The kitchen was so so not a lot of tools to work with, but that was ok for us. There is no yard or a place to barbecue or for kids to play. But again, that was okay with us. There is plenty of parking. The real gem of this house is the owner. He was super accommodating and attentive. You could tell that he wanted us to have a great stay. And overall, we did. Would definitely recommend this space for a family that basically needs a place to stay while they are in the area. 4 overall experience, I gave 5 stars..
