Brand New House, Sleeps 8, Private Beach Rights, Hot Tub!

Thanks for your interest in our brand new vacation house in Lakeside - which we are very proud of! See you on the beach.

The House:
Our 3 bedroom, 1,800 square foot house sleeps 8 guests comfortably. It features a modern kitchen, spacious living room and dining room. Other features include a washer & dryer, a back patio with furniture, a gas grill, fire pit, Xfinity Internet, and central air conditioning. And of course the we have a HOT TUB - which is scheduled to be delivered in early July (so no photos available yet).

The Beach:
Includes private beach access rights to the exclusive New Circle Association Beach. It's a 5 to 7 minute walk from the house. Never crowded and always relaxing. Amazing sunsets.

The Neighborhood:
This is a perfect get-away-from-it-all destination that still has modern amenities within easy reach. Union Pier is just 1.5 miles down the road with shops, an awesome farmers market, and fine dining.

Nice place close to the beach

The house was very nice, we enjoyed having the hot tub since the weather was chilly. It was also nice to have the grill for eating in. The location was great for taking a walk to the beach and a short drive to nearby towns.

This was a beautiful place to stay! We stayed for a weekend in March. The hot tub was exactly what the kids needed to feel like summer. We will be looking to book this property again!

We loved staying at this house. It was clean, spacious, and everything was provided to make our stay wonderful! The neighborhood is lovely, the walk to the beach is easy and about 5 minutes. The hot tub was clean and ready to use. My group of girlfriends and I would love to stay here again!

This is a lovely, clean and comfortable house. Fully stocked kitchen which was great for cooking. Easy walk to the lake. Great for a winter get away because you can walk for miles down the beach, it's quiet, and the amazing hot tub! Eli is an excellent and responsive host. Would highly recommend!

Loved Lakside!

This place was the perfect beach getaway for our family. The hot tub got lots of use, and we loved sitting around the fire pit in the evening. The beach was gorgeous and all of the provided beach necessities (chairs, umbrella, sand toys, games, etc) made it all so easy. We will defitinely be back!

The home is perfect size for two families or a larger family to getaway. House is super cozy with lots of amenties to make the stay easier (spice cabinet, beach toys, fire pit, yard games, board games. Very clean home. Very close to the beach and good distance to other recreational activities, quiet neighborhood. Eli will answer any questions you have instantly. The hot tub is very well maintained. Beautiful home

We had a wonderful time in Lakeside, MI area. The home was very nice, clean & the owners had a kitchen that was stocked with everything we needed. We greatly appreciated that. The walk to the beach was nice & being on the private beach was great for our group. We will be back.
