"My family and I had the pleasure of staying at this rental about a dozen times over the course of 6 months. Every stay was great! The house was clean and well thought out for guests. "My sister and I had a really nice time staying here in this shabby chic unit. Everywhere we looked there was something new to see. We loved the repurposed items..such clever uses. Everything was neat, fresh smelling and clean. The residential neighborhood is located in an area where taking a morning run or walk is safe with minimal traffic. We would gladly stay here for another visit with family who live in Wichita Falls."

We fit 2 trucks and a medium size suv in the driveway. Would not recommend parking on the street. Too narrow and by a curve. Back yard is fenced (part privacy, rest chainlink) definitely kept our dog in. The cons were the grass needed mowed as it was tall for our dog and we had trouble with the key pad. The...
