"What a wonderful, warm, welcoming, charming place. With such a nice feeling of an old proper house, and multiple stairways, garden, few firepits with chairs around them. We loved everything about our stay. Great location, friendly and very helpful stuff, beautifuly served and very tasty breakfast, snacks, nuts and cookies, beautiful common rooms. basket with everything you might need, including bath robe for the sauna. 5++ and highly recommend"

"Pool was ice cold. Charged every night unauthorized on credit card for a prepaid hotel stay. When spoke to staff, they couldn’t figure it out until third attempt of complaining. Price is expensive for what you get in Windsor. For the two weeks we stayed could have went to Mexico all inclusive. Breakfast starts at 6am but all the food options do not come out until closer to 0700. So if you work at 0645 and are staying here don’t pay for breakfast here."

"We arrived very late at night. But the check-in instructions were easy to follow and timely. The room was nice and clean and the bathroom had everything we needed. The sound proof was not very good, but the living room is nice and has a lot of stuff for the guests. Overall it's a pleasant experience"

"Was a very quick stay, as our flight was cancelled and we needed a room for the night! Lovely young woman checked us in. We hadn't eaten much as our flight was diverted, and then they made us sit on the plane for 3 hours before cancelling flight. There was juice, and yogurt, and muffins at the Inn which was just perfect! Our room was enormous with an upstairs bedroom, and a kitchen 2 bathrooms, etc. We didn't really have time to see the property as we got there late, and left early. Hsd...

"When I went to check in; we were told our time for breakfast was at 6:00 am for single adults; told him I am on holidays & I will not be getting up at that time; he stated families time slot is from 7:00 am to 9:00 am; not impressed!! Never have I been told a time slot for breakfast; really?? Also, there was two of us; we were only given two large towels; two hand towels & two face clothes; I use 2 large towels for my hair & body!! And the big was so high to get up onto!! For the money I spent;...
