「This property was great to use for a base for sight seeing in Zurich. Walking distance from Zurich HB train station. Coop (supermarket), McDonald's and Starbucks one minute walk. The room was spacious, kitchenette had small hob, microwave kettle and coffee maker. Would recommend for families.」

「キッチンにコンロや電子レンジもあり、必要なものはだいたいそろっていた。食器用洗剤はあるが、スポンジはないのでペーパータオルで代用した。 共用のランドリーがあってよかったが、使い方がよくわからなかった。使い方が貼ってあるとよかった。何台かあったが、洗濯・乾燥までできるのは一台しか稼働してなかった？ ボディシャンプー兼シャンプーはあったが、リンスはなし。 駅までは近くて便利だった。 」

「We were unable to access the accommodation: upon arrival, we found ourselves in front of code boxes, no response to calls to the owner between 4 PM and 5 PM, no calls from him despite the message left on voicemail in English, no email indicating the codes. 「The apartment is clean and spacious, with working appliances and facilities. However, the interiors (walls, doors, furniture) are quite worn and don’t match the photos. There’s also a lingering fried food smell, mentioned by other guests, that hasn’t been resolved. Communication before check-in was difficult and could be improved. 「Property lived up to the expectations. Walkable distance to all the shops and to the lake. Apartment was extremely cozy and comfortable. This is my second time staying here and will continue to book here in the future.」

They booked us a separate hotel for a portion of our stay at no additional cost, transferred our bags and got us a gift. 」
