"The actual motel is not as nice as pictures. I prefer to leave no feedback if negative but my experience was sooo negative I have no choice. Small room, smelled and looked unclean, dated motel, sketchy area, no amenities, worst of all ROACHES galore. Parking is tight. Front desk staff was friendly and as helpful as she could be. Would not recommend nor ever return."

"We had a pleasant experience. Needs some more improvements with adding shelves in shower, Dispensing Shampoo, conditioner and body wash inside shower. Also, adding wall hinges to hang towels and such, would be great. Adding a microwave is a Must!!!! Around door could use better weather strip around door to seal properly. There was openings, and see light coming through."

"This is an infested property. I paid for a room for 2 i did not know that 50 roach guest would be included in my stay. I didn’t even get to stay at the hotel because of this problem. i moved to different rooms and it just got worse. I am terrified of roaches so i had to sleep in my car due to the hotel condition. I had my day perfectly planned out and the check in time was perfect for me to leave at 5pm. I spend a hour inspecting and switching rooms. I have a couple of small disabilities where i can’t pick up heavy things and what made me even more mad was that the carts of your bags didn’t even work so after carrying my stuff on my own to the room and back down and to the next room and back to my car was painful. The staff moved like roaches were a decoration and then told me i have to contact hotels.com for my money back since i was only in the room for 15 mins. I will be contacting corporate about this property. Worst experience of my entire life i have never cried from stress with something so simple i don’t even live over here this was for a little trip and this property caused me to leave early."

"The office was smelly and unorganized. The staff was very nice. The motel could benefit from a very much needed renovation. My room was huge the bathroom was almost as big as the room. microwave would not open not unless you unplugged it after putting your food in for however many minutes and needed it to be in there. there were stains in the sheets which I also told the office lady about that before I even went in my room and said I needed fresh sheets but she said there was fresh sheets on the bed but obviously it wasn't and I took pictures. I can't really complain too much because you get what you pay for. I only paid $86.06 and total for the room but it just was not up to my standard because I like quality. this was not it but it was only for one night. one thing I was appreciative of is that there were no bugs."
