"This is a lovely, well maintained property with lots of space, a convenient location and a nice kitchen. My only quibble was check-in and check-out. Vrbo told us we'd get details from the host, and the host's message referred us to the Vrbo app. As a result we had to figure out a quirky keypad to get inside on a hot day. And we had no luck getting check-out instructions; we could not reach the host in a timely manner. It turned out well and we had a great trip, but it's frustrating when you can't reach anyone to answer time-sensitive questions."
