"First Patty at check in was beyond sweet and she was so welcoming. Really wonderful employee. There were small things that were lacking like no hand soap and the shower gel was almost empty so really no soap to speak of. Also they have this cute card talking about making yourself an afternoon cup of trees but no tea. And then we returned around 8:45 and ran out to go to our car to grab surfing and left our key in the room. I called the emergency number passed at reception since no one was left at reception and the man that answered the phone literally answered it Hello. That’s it i thought i had the wrong number. Then i said i locked myself out of my room and he said well I'm an hour away so let me see if anyone at the restaurant can let you in and hung up on me. It was so odd. It left a bad taste in my mouth so even though I’m giving the place 4 stars and it does have a beautiful setting i will never stay there again"

"Loved this hotel! Very comfortable, clean, unique, fun hotel. Our room was decorated so cute, bed comfortable, very personal with welcome note and smore makings in our room. Lobby has coffee, wine bar with fireplace and comfortable seating areas. Outside several seating areas with firepits. Staff was friendly and helpful. Definately will be recommending to family and friends."

"Staff was very friendly, helpful, and responsive. Everything was clean and fairly modern. Even the guests were pretty nice. No one was loud at night (that I could hear anyway). Only negatives: the one bed mattress sunk down a lot. I had 2 beds, just used the other one. Also, there was only an cloth shower curtain that didn’t block water and water was on the bathroom floor after my first use Next time just pointed the shower head towards the shower wall. "

"My husband found this property and booked it for me alone to spend a couple of days to unwind. I loved the way the whole property was laid out. The staff was friendly. Initially there was a bit of a hiccup when I was checked into a room of less value than what he paid for. Initially the staff wasn't going to give me the room that was paid for because there wasn't cleaning staff, but the front desk lady managed to clean and prepare the room I wanted. The property is wonderful. Located on top of a mountain, there are walking trails and even farm animals, which I love, and was pleasant surprise. The antique ambiance of the building, the wraparound porch, and the rooms are perfect. It was a great find for me, and you will love it too. Highly recommended."

"We had a wonderful stay ! The rooms are very safe quiet and cozy. The staff was amazing. Everyone was so friendly. The food was delicious. All the shopping was within walking distance so the location is perfect . We will be back next year ! "
