"The only reason I am giving it a 4 star is because unfortunately, our room had bed bugs… I woke up around 3 am and my arm was tore up. I immediately freaked out and found blood spots on the blanket. I took photos and went down stairs and the amazing desk clerk made sure to switch me rooms immediately, and took care of all our laundry for no charge. Then there was a guy running around saying the ( N word ) acting crazy and the staff once again hurried and took care of that and im greatly appreciative of the staff for sure! I would definitely stay here again, even though we ran into some issues, but the staff made sure we was taken care of and for that I’m thankful for."

"The hotel is nice and pretty well cared for. We had an unfortunate situation with our next door neighbors putting several young children in ther adjacent room and the kids roughhousing and blasting the TV and yelling until after 1 AM. I knocked on their door 3 times, Parents NEVER came out so I went to the front desk twice and it still never calmed down until 1:18 AM. The next day the hotel was tearing up the carpet on our floor and although I know that has to happen , the alignment of those things made our stay memorable for all the wrong reasons"

"Sister trip. We each had our own bedroom with a bathroom. There’s also a Murphy bed in the living room. Quiet. Clean. Never closed the blinds in the living room. Loved looking out into the trees. Covered parking for one car. Super Wallmart nearby. About 15 minute drive into Hot Springs. We would stay here again!"
