"The cleaning people are NOT cleaning under the couches cereal was under the sofa by the windows. Hair was on the bathroom shower head on the second floor as well as the tiles in the shower. Basement bathroom was just dirty. The bedroom was very dusty. Then in the kitchen it was absolutely disgusting. Someone must have had a soda or something carbonated explode all over. My husband actually cleaned it. Above the stove looked like mold however it is dusty grease stains. Whoever is managing the property is not Managing very well. Otherwise the home location was perfectly located near several eateries and food markets. Trails, waterfalls and much more. Donald communicated well and was helpful when the manual or listing information was incorrect. The coffee maker is NOT as photoed. It is a regular glass pot coffee machine was no issue just an FYI. "

"This was a beautiful, clean property. The owners were prompt with communications, and quick to resolve anything. The house was as listed and in our opinion, better than the pictures. We had a very short stay but would love to return in warmer weather to enjoy all of the amenities of the community. "

"We had our children and spouse and 18 month old grandson. The house had a space for everyone! Everyone really appreciated the fireplace, stocked kitchen with plenty of pans and dishes, and not to forget the playroom and movie room, and last of all the hot tub! It snowed while we were there which we enjoyed the view of a local herd of dear and visited Jim Thorpe!"
