This private room and bathroom includes a queen bed, coffee maker, microwave, mini fridge, smart TV, fast Wi-Fi, and a portable fan for comfort. Please note: While the property is lakeside, THERE IS NO LAKE VIEW. Airbnb labels it as such due to its location near the lake.

Just 10 minutes from H. Toads, Shady Gators, Lazy Gators, and 15 minutes from Bagnell Dam. Docknockers Bar & Grill is a short walk down the hill!

The bedroom, has its own private entrance, ensuring the utmost security and convenience for guests. It offers essential amenities like a mini fridge, microwave, coffee and a portable fan. The room also includes a full bathroom. It is worth noting that this lockout unit is part of a larger property. This property can be rented either as a whole unit or as individual lockout units, providing flexibility for guests.
