"Check-in went smoothly and receptionist was very competent. However we wanted to use the SPA and it was not possible as all the time slots were taken. Additionally, the restaurant was closed. We booked this Hotel as we wanted to use the SPA and enjoy a romantic evening. It was not mentioned on any page during the booking process that Hotel Guest needed to book a slot for the SPA and we were not informed that the restaurant was closed. "Phenomenal location and first class property in every respect. Elegant dining and everything was well prepared and presented. Comfortable and spacious room with all amenities. Time didn’t allow us to sample the spa offerings but I’ve no doubt they’re remarkable as well. Would definitely stay here again. "
