"The front desk staff was very helpful and professional, always with a welcoming smile on. The breakfast ambassadors were also always welcoming. The location is great, breakfast was superb with an expansive variety of food for all tastes. The gym was a plus. I have to say that this was also the quietest room I’ve ever had in a hotel, super quiet night or day. I am very satisfied with the hotel and I can’t forget to thank for the upgrade given to me. Of course, there has to be something negative: for me was the TV, it dims to a point that it so dark to watch it unless the light is on, it keeps a steady bright picture on. Very limited amount of channels and my tv kept rebooting it. Overall, the hotel is great and I highly recommend it."

"Fantastic stay, wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Laundry service completely free and very useful. Staff very helpful and friendly. Good coffee and pizza available in the hotel cafe along with free filtered still and sparkling water. Cosy room and great location for central Stockholm."
